Camp Sequoia Lake is located near Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, and the town of Miramonte, California. At 5,500 feet above sea level, surrounded by large pines and other beauties of nature, Camp Sequoia Lake is on 800 acres of privately owned lake and forest. The lake itself is nearly 3 miles around, the perfect place for you and your dog to play and relax.
Explore the Giant Sequoias on a nature hike. Discover your dog’s talents at Agility, Dock Diving and Scent Games. Paint your inner dog at Barks & Crafts. Learn new tricks with your dog and try canine musical freestyle. Canoe together on the lake, meet new friends, hear the latest on dog behavior and nutrition, and howl around the evening campfire — all in a safe, friendly outdoor environment with your dog.
Camp Unleashed Sequoia offers dogs and their people a weekend retreat organized to be fun, satisfying, relaxing and educational. Daily are planned to keep the dogs active and participatory. Presentations and workshops teach campers how to take the best care of their dog. Sports are led by experts to engage the dogs and help campers understand how to maximize their dog's abilities. Participation in activities is optional, and some campers may choose to simply relax by the lake with their dogs.
Camp Sequoia Lake is accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA) and has been providing quality camping programs since 1914.
You may arrive at camp the first day between 1:00 and 2:30 pm. Our first activity starts at 2:45 pm. On the last day, we finish at 3:00 pm.
Experience the restorative power of nature in the spectacular setting of Camp Sequoia Lake. All accommodations share nearby modern wash houses with electricity, hot water, private showers and toilets. Cabins are furnished simply with wooden twin-size bunk beds and cubby holes for your belongings. Extra mattresses are available to double up for cushier padding or you may bring your own air mattress.
Or choose a tent site, put up your own tent, and roll out your sleeping bag right next to the waters edge. Each tent site has its own storage bin, picnic bench and level clearing. Rates vary only on the number of people per cabin or tent. All campers and their dogs bunk together.
Camp Unleashed Sequoia Package Prices are per person. Fee includes all costs of lodging, meals and programming. You may choose Single-Occupancy, Double-Occupancy or Shared Cabin (three to four people, same sex). Discounts are available. In particular, we encourage you to refer your friends and receive a $25 discount for each referral.
Shared Cabin (3-4 people) $799 per person

* If two people with only one dog between them are sharing a Double Occupancy cabin, the fee for the second person is only $630.
Once your balance is paid in full (approximately 60 days prior to camp start date), you will be sent a Camp Unleashed Sequoia Orientation Packet via email, including forms to return, a list of what to bring, directions, details about program activities and other important particulars.

A $200 per person non-refundable, non-transferable deposit guarantees your reservation. (If your dog is not accepted you will receive a complete refund.) The full amount of the package you select must be paid 60 days before camp.
Deposits are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless there is a medical reason for either the person or dog and we have a medical or veterinary doctor's signature to that effect. Under those circumstances we will either transfer the deposits to another session or return 50% of the total. The final balance is not due till 60 days prior to the session start date.
Returned checks are subject to $30 fee.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to camp will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to camp session are not subject to any refund of paid fees or deposit.
